- HOW TO INFLATE / DEFLATE THE PAD?
- 1. Lay the mat flat on the floor.
- 2. Open the air valve at the foot position.
- 3. Using your hand or foot to press the built-in air pump until it’s fulled, then close the air valve.
- 4. When you’re done using it, open the air valve in the pillow position and press the pad if you want to let air out quickly.
- 5. Fold the mat neatly and put it in the recycling bag.
